At Viking Leather, we value customer satisfaction and are happy to support exchanges in line with the policy below.
Exchange Eligibility
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The exchange request must be informed within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with price tags intact and accompanied by the invoice.
Option 1: Exchange via Courier
Step 1 – Contact Us
Please inform us of your exchange request by emailing info@buyvikingleather.com or calling 077 785 7483, mentioning your order number and reason for exchange.
Step 2 – Return the Item
After reviewing your request, our team will guide you on returning the item via registered post or courier. Please send the item:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Within 2 working days of receiving our confirmation
- Clearly mentioning your name and order number
Once dispatched, please share the courier or postal receipt via WhatsApp or email.
Step 3 – Exchange Process
After we receive and verify the returned product, one of our representatives will contact you with instructions to redeem the exchanged product value on your next order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the item received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
- If an exchange is possible, it will be arranged
- If an exchange is not available, a refund option will be offered after inspection
Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days
- Refunds will be completed using the original payment method where possible
Important Notes
- Only one exchange request per order is allowed
- The price tag must remain intact
- Product changes cannot be made at the time of delivery
- Exchange or return requests after dispatch timelines cannot be accepted
