LKR Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, excluding mercantile and public holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details where applicable. Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, promotional periods, or courier delays.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate, as incorrect details may result in delays.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Items are packed and dispatched based on stock availability. If any item in your order is unavailable, our team will contact you before proceeding.
Please note:
- Store pickups and same-day delivery are not available
- All orders follow our standard delivery process
- Our courier partner will contact you before delivery
Delivery Charges
- Islandwide delivery fee: LKR 500
- Final delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Changes to Delivery Details
Orders will be delivered only to the address and contact number provided at checkout. If a change is required due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately.
Please be aware that:
- Address changes may cause delivery delays
- Product changes cannot be made at the time of delivery
- Order modifications are allowed only before dispatch
If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be requested within 8 hours of placing the order and before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
